What is JusticeLink eServices?
JusticeLink eServices enables registered users to lodge court documents and pay the relevant filing fees online. The service allows you to access the following, without the need to visit the Registry:
- Sealed documents
- Information about case initiation
- Court results
- Listings
- Subpoenaed items
- Exhibits
JusticeLink eService generates an electronic record within the Registry, which is used as the formal court record of the proceedings – requiring only a paper copy only for your own business records.
JusticeLink eServices offers online lodgment of Court documents and/or online View functionality:
- The protection of a secure site login and password.
- 24/7# access to your case details and status.
- Ability to electronically lodge documents.
- Immediate return of sealed documents.
- Time saved by not visiting the registry.
- Multiple user access managed by you.
- NSW District, Local and Supreme Court access.
