Refunds

A refund is acceptable against an electronic lodgement in the following instances:

  • if a Statement of Claim was lodged but rejected
  • if a secondary document was filed, but failed
  • if the execution of a writ was not attempted.

Please provide the following information:
  • A completed JusticeLink eServices Refund Application Form.
    This form can be completed online and saved as a pdf document for scanning.
  • A copy of the JusticeLink eServices rejected batch details.
  • A copy of the JusticeLink eServices Tax Receipt.

Ensure all relevant fields have been completed on your application form and all requested documentation is sent to us. This will ensure we process your refund promptly. A refund form is required for each batch.

Scan the completed forms, your eServices Tax Receipts and Batch Filed Document Reports (showing the document rejection status) and email to courts_eservices@agd.nsw.gov.au. We recommend you keep a copy of the form for your own records.
