The Professional Standards Councils congratulates The Law Society of South Australia (LSSA) on the approval of their new Professional Standards Scheme. The new scheme was approved by the Councils on 16 December 2016 and came into effect on 1 July 2017. LSSA has held a scheme since 2012.
The decision to award a Professional Standards Scheme recognises the association's commitment to the improvement of professional standards and the protection of Australian consumers.
On Monday 7 August, CEO Dr Deen Sanders OAM, presented the certificate to LSSA's Chief Executive, Stephen Hodder, and the Professional Standards Scheme Manager, Mia Bell, at the Law Society CEO's annual meeting in South Australia.
