The Professional Standards Councils congratulate the South Australian Bar Association on its second Professional Standards Scheme, which will operate until 30 June 2022.
At a recent Forum on Complaints as a Risk Management Tool, the Professional Standards Councils’ Deputy Chair, Mr Andrew Lumsden, presented a certificate to the Executive Officer of the South Australian Bar Association, Ms Jan Martin, in recognition of the Association’s second scheme.
The approval of a Professional Standards Scheme is a significant achievement and a commitment to protecting consumers through the continuous improvement of professional standards.
