The ATMA Scheme (“the Scheme”) which operated under the Professional Standards Act 2003 (Vic) expired naturally on 31 December 2017.
Members of ATMA must cease using, on any letterheads or business documents, the limitation of liability disclosure statement required under Regulations, namely, “Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation". The previous limitation of liability is not applicable from the expiration date of the Scheme, being 31 December 2017.
