A new guidance note titled: Use of Data Sources for professional standards schemes under professional standards legislation has been added to the Scheme Associations Resource Centre. Occupational associations can refer to this resource when applying for a scheme, and meeting the statutory compliance reporting requirements for an approved scheme.
