5.1 Professional indemnity insurance cost and availability
This submodule sets out the information you need to submit for us to consider the cost and availability of professional indemnity insurance for your members.
You must complete this submodule if your proposed scheme uses insurance to limit liability. We ask for this information in line with the requirements of professional standards legislation. For example, in the Professional Standards Act 1994 (NSW), section 10 covers this.
